Commercial Use Policy

1. Commercial use of compliant outputs

Compliant outputs generated by a paid PatternCanva account may be used for personal, client, and commercial projects. Plan differences apply to credits, input methods, resolution, processing, privacy, seats, and support; they do not change the commercial-use scope of compliant outputs.

2. Examples of permitted use

• Physical products, POD, textiles, wallpaper, packaging, and print production
• Brand, client, marketing, product-display, and design projects
• Digital products, digital pattern packs, templates, and stock marketplaces
• Editing, combining, manufacturing, delivering, or selling your compliant outputs

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs, prompts, intended use, and publishing comply with applicable law and do not infringe third-party rights. Do not upload materials, brands, personal data, or other content unless you have the necessary rights and permissions.

4. Service and output boundaries

PatternCanva does not grant rights to its service, models, source code, or account access. You may not reverse engineer, extract, resell, or provide access to the Service itself. Outputs are not exclusive, and similar outputs may be generated for other users.

5. License ID records

Where available, a License ID is an account and generation-history record. It is not legal advice, a copyright certificate, proof of exclusivity, a guarantee against infringement claims, or a promise that a third-party platform will accept an output.
