1. General Refund Policy

PatternCanva operates on a subscription-based model. All subscription fees are charged in advance and are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.

2. Digital Products and AI-Generated Content

Important Notice:

Due to the computational nature of AI generation, all digital texture purchases are final and non-refundable once the generation process is completed. Once a pattern has been generated and delivered, the computational resources have been consumed and cannot be recovered.

This policy applies to all AI-generated patterns, textures, and digital assets created using PatternCanva, regardless of subscription tier or purchase method.

3. Subscription Refunds

Subscription refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing access to the Service that we are unable to resolve within 48 hours
  • Duplicate charges due to billing errors on our part
  • Unauthorized charges to your account

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

No refunds will be issued for the remaining unused portion of your subscription period.

5. Free Trial Period

If you are on a free trial, you may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. Once the trial period ends and you are charged, standard refund policies apply.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment, your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution. We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts that initiate fraudulent chargebacks.

7. Processing Refunds

To request a refund, please:

  2. Include your account email and transaction ID
  3. Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

8. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Service outages lasting more than 48 hours
  • Billing errors on our part
  • Violations of our Terms of Service by PatternCanva
